+ Using my art for personal use is allowed, with proper credit
+ Using my art for commercial purposes is not allowed
+ Depending on the complexity of the character design /background / additional stuff, I'll charge extra.
+ If there are only written references, I will charge extra.
+ Extra characters will be +80% of the base price.
(ex: if one character is 10$, two will be 18$ and three, 26$)
+ No more than 3 characters allowed.
+ Simple backgrounds included, complex backgrounds prices starts at +15€.♡ Payment via Paypal ♡♡ Full payment upfront ♡

I. Timeline and Scope of Work:
+ The artist will submit a sketch before proceeding with the final commissioned piece.+ Once the sketch has been approved, major changes to the design will not be allowed.+ The turnaround time for the commissioned piece is within two weeks to four months from commissioning.+ In case there are any major events in the artist's life that will delay the commission, the artist will notify the commissioner.
II. Payment:
+ The artist requires full payment before sketching.+ Payment will be done via PayPal.+ Refunds for commissioned pieces will not be granted unless the artist decides to stop the commission mid-process, in which case full refund will granted by the artist.
II. Revisions:
+ Only (3) minor revisions to the commissioned piece will be allowed.+ Revisions after the final commissioned piece has been submitted will not be entertained.
II. Copyright and Reproduction:
The artist reserves the rights to:
+ Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commissions sheets, etc.+ Reproduce the artwork for merchandise, such as prints, t-shirts, etc., if the commissioned piece is considered fan art.+ Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.+ Claim the commissioned piece as their own artwork.
The commissioner and other parties may not:
+ Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commissions sheets, etc.+ Reproduce the artwork for merchandise, such as prints, t-shirts, etc., if the commissioned piece is considered fan art.+ Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece.+ Claim the commissioned piece as their own artwork.+ Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credit to the artist.+ Create a non-fungible token of the commissioned piece.

How to Commission
Make sure you've read my T.O.S.Fill out this form.Once I accept your commission, and only then, pay the full price upfront, via Paypal.After, I'll send you updates whenever I complete a major step of the process (sketch > lineart > flats > finished), and you may ask for minor changes whenever I send updates. After the piece is done and no further changes are needed, I'll send you a high resolution file of the finished piece.
